Samoya Skeete - CEO & Principal Instructor

Samoya Skeete is the CEO, owner and principal instructor of Prestige Medical Coding Institute.
Mrs. Skeete has been in the healthcare field for more than fifteen years. Starting in the role of a medical assistant, she then moved on to a role as Billing Coordinator where she was introduced to medical coding. Intrigued by this profession, Mrs. Skeete became a certified professional medical coder specializing in Radiology. Holding titles such as provider educator, Healthcare Coding manager and Revenue Integrity Manager, Mrs. Skeete brings a wealth of knowledge from the healthcare world to the classroom environment.
Areas of expertise include Allergy and Immunology, Telehealth, Gastroenterology, Plastic Surgery, Risk Adjustment and Revenue Cycle Management. Extensive knowledge in healthcare operations, reimbursement and denials management and compliance and regulatory guidelines.
She completed her Associates Degree in Health Information Management in 2008. Then decided to obtain her bachelor’s degree in 2011 and Master’s degree in Health Administration in 2015.
Mrs. Skeete has been teaching medical coding for several years and is pleased to offer her medical coding knowledge /expertise to the students of Prestige Medical Coding Institute.
Dwight Skeete - Sr. Director of Business Operations & Chief Technology Officer

Dwight Skeete, spent only a few months as a Radiology technologist before he found himself urging for more knowledge in the management and the digital imaging field. While working Dwight completed his bachelor’s degree from Health Administration from Barry University. He worked as a PACS administrator for Tenet Healthcare in 2007 and helped transition a 300 bed hospital from conventional film screen imaging to Computed Radiology then ultimately their first generation PACS. In a quest for more knowledge, Dwight then worked on the vendor side and over the next 10 year worked with various health systems to upgrade, redesign or integrate with various technology platforms.
As the field of Imaging Informatics grew, Dwight obtained various advanced certifications in Imaging Informatics. Dwight has 25 plus years of Diagnostic Radiology, Informatics, Operational Resource management, Information services and clinical system management experience. Dwight later obtained his Masters in Health Service Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
Dwight continues to be his passionate about Healthcare Service field and now leverages his experience in Operational management as a Healthcare Consultant to various organizations. Dwight is also vested in several business endeavors within the Health Services field. Dwight now leads a multi-functional operations team @ Prestige Medical and plays an integral role in the creation, implementation and delivery of all education courses. Dwight also oversees the Consulting Services Platform within Prestige Medical. This platform has assisted various physicians and clinical offices with there RCM, Auditing and coding needs.
Dwight acts as an escalation point for various teams and physician offices using our platform. Dwight leverages his experience to support our customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
